Yes, free of charge and at any time before the session starts. Message us on WhatsApp or email and we offer the next available slots on UAE time (GMT+4), including evenings and weekends.

If your mentor has to move a session, we tell you as early as possible and offer new slots. If none of them suits you, we refund that session.

Your written quote states how many review rounds the service includes. A single draft review includes one round of written feedback. Full-unit mentoring includes the review rounds listed in the quote, followed by a final check.

Yes, within the review rounds in your quote. Send the revised draft within 30 days of receiving the feedback, and tell us which criteria you changed. Re-checks are returned within 24 to 72 hours, depending on how much has changed.

If you need a re-check faster, write "Urgent" in the subject line or message and give your submission deadline. We tell you straight away whether it is possible.

• A different brief or a different unit.
• New sections that were not part of the draft we quoted for.
• A brief your centre has changed since the quote.
• Resubmission coaching after an assessor refers your work, which is quoted separately.

These are quoted separately before any work starts, so you always see the price first.

Tell us exactly what you want checked, for example "AC 2.1: is my evaluation now balanced?". Specific questions get specific answers. "Is this better?" usually gets a general reply.

We review the changes you have written. We do not rewrite your text, because you declare to your centre that the work is your own.

Pause at any time. Your remaining sessions and review rounds stay available for 30 days after your quoted delivery date. If you need longer, email us and we agree a new date in writing.
